Fall Faculty/Staff Fitness Classes

Yoga and pilates will continue this fall! Beginning on Monday, Aug. 28, yoga will be held in Konover at noon. Pilates will be held in GSU 335 at noon, on Thursdays starting Aug. 31.

We are also excited to announce that we will be offering a mixed-strength training class on Tuesdays from 4:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m., starting Sept. 19. Classes will be held in GSU 335/339. This class will incorporate dumbbells, bands, and body weight. This class promises a dynamic workout hitting all muscle groups! Working out at your own pace during each interval and varying intensity will make this class accessible to all.
